1. Refund Policy
We follow a No Refund Policy.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
2. Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges in the event that the product received is damaged.
To request an exchange:
- Email us within 24 hours of delivery at support@vaaridhi.com.
- Include a clear unboxing video showing the damage.
- Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
After verification, a replacement for the same item will be arranged.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Products with minor color or design variations
- Items without proper unboxing proof
4. Return Shipping
If your exchange request is approved, Vaaridhi will arrange a return pickup or reimburse the shipping costs, depending on the case.
